RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery on regular priced items only.  Swimwear and lingerie are not returnable. Please note that all sale items are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item and will be refunded to the original method of payment.  Please note that receipt of your refund would vary dependent on your Bank’s policy.

EXCHANGES

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item .To request a return /exchange, please email for address to info@laladandc.store 

SHIPPING

Shipping is Flat Rate of $9.99 USPS from USA, delivery 5-10 days. For international orders please email for rates to info@laladandc.store

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returned merchandise.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
